Can I return my order?
I do not accept returns but I can cancel an order if it's within 24 hrs of purchase. If your item is damaged, lost of stolen via USPS then you must file a claim through them and they will reimburse you for the loss. Otherwise I will not accept returns.
How long will it take to receive my purchase?
UNITED STATES: Prints will take from 3-5 days to be made and then they will be shipped via first class USPS mail (3-5 days) so you will receive your item between 6-10 days. If you need an item rush ordered and sent priority contact me and we can discuss shipping quotes otherwise shipping in the US is free first class.
INTERNATIONAL: Prints will take 3-5 days to be made then shipped via international first class mail so give it up to a week or more to arrive after processing. up to 2-3 weeks total depending on your country as well. If you need an item rush ordered and sent priority contact me and we can discuss shipping quotes.
Are you taking commissions?
I am open to commissions but that does not mean I will accept every one, contact me with your name, size of painting, description of painting and I will send you a quote if I agree to the commission. Shipping will also be free for this.
